Hello all. I know I still owe you some photos of the Oregon part of my trip, but for now, I thought I'd share a preview of my new book called Have You Ever Tickled a Tiger? And last Friday, I was "tickled" myself when I came home to a surprise advance copy of the book on my doorstep. What fun it is to finally see a new book in print! Doesn't feel so new to me since I have already moved on to the next book projects, but this reminds me that the book is still new to everyone else out there. It is full of quirky animals with 6 touchy-feely textures, including the tiger belly fur on the cover. It will be available in May 2009...I can't wait to share more of the book with you then!

hey Betsy! congrats! the new book looks so fun and playful. can't wait to see it! i ordered haiku baby for my new goddaughter. i know she'll love it. glad you're doing well.
ANOTHER book! You are on a ROLL! Congratulations - I can't wait to see the new one when I'm home for Xmas! So many things to look forward to!
